Working with homeowners, landlords, councils & more

Our ability to offer the highest quality standard at the lowest cost has led to us forming links with several landlords, rental agencies and social housing organisations, performing maintenance and plumbing and heating repairs in all property types. We are also able to provide gas safety certificates and PAT testing at all premises. For more information or to arrange central heating, boiler or plumbing repairs, get in touch with the team today.

Health and Safety

We are accredited within the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS). We also retain a Health and Safety Advisor and an independent Consultant to ensure that our compliance is ongoing and up to date. Our full Health and Safety policy is extensive and available upon request for all interested parties..

Make sure you are up to date with the latest regulations

Responsibilities

As a landlord you should be aware that you are responsible for the safety of your tenants. Your legal duties apply to a wide range of accommodation occupied under a lease or licence, including (but not limited to): Residential premises provided for rent by local authorities, housing associations, private sector landlords, co-operatives, hostels. Rooms, let in bed-sit accommodation, private households, bed and breakfast accommodation and hotels. Rented holiday accommodation such as chalets, cottages, flats, caravans and narrow boats on inland waterways. The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 outline the duties of landlords to ensure gas appliances, fittings and chimneys/flues provided for tenants are safe.
